  • Custom house planning with in-house architects and engineers

We strive to keep all property listings and information accurate and up-to-date. However:

  • Availability and pricing are subject to change without notice

  • Farmville is not liable for any outdated or incorrect information inadvertently displayed

  • All lot areas are approximate and may vary slightly upon final survey

Clients are encouraged to verify information during their inquiry and due diligence process.

💬 4. Communications

When you contact us, you agree to receive communications from Farmville via email, SMS, phone, or messaging platforms regarding your inquiry, property options, or updates. You may opt out at any time.

💰 5. Payments & Reservations

  • Reservation fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Official payments should only be made to authorized Farmville representatives or bank accounts

  • All transactions are subject to verification and proper documentation

🛠️ 6. Design and Construction Services

Clients who avail of house design or build services will be required to sign a separate contract outlining project scope, schedule, and payment terms.
All architectural plans remain the intellectual property of Farmville unless otherwise stated.

📌 7. Limitation of Liability

Farmville shall not be held liable for:

  • Losses or damages arising from your reliance on any content on this website

  • Technical delays, errors, or website unavailability

  • Third-party services beyond our control (e.g., utilities, government processes)

Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services directly from us.
